	Aug 13, 2009 DUNN BROS COFFEE LEASES TOWN CENTER SPACE By: Nicole Young (Fargo, ND, August 13, 2009) – Dunn Brothers Coffee has leased space in the Town Center retail strip located at 1310 25^th Street South in Fargo. Mark Richman, Commercial Manager of Coldwell Banker Commercial First Realty (CBC), represented Town Center while Konrad Olson Commercial represented Dunn Bros in the transaction. Dunn Brothers will take over the 1,800 square feet space formerly occupied by Starbucks, which closed in late 2008. Remodeling will begin shortly with plans to open before January 1. Meghanne and Issac Poku are the franchisee. Starbucks closed over 600 units in light of the national economic downturn. Town Center was completed in 2007 with Blockbuster Video as the lead tenant. Extreme Pita has operated successfully in Town Center since it joined the building in 2007. Located at the high traffic, high visibility corner of 13^th Ave. and 25^th St, Town Center sees over 40,000 vehicles per day. It sits in a melting pot demographic of medium to higher priced homes, office/service buildings, a high school and a middle school.
