CBC Holds 2nd Annual Golf For Kids' Sake

(Fargo, ND, June 23, 2009) Coldwell Banker Commercial held its 2nd Annual Golf For Kids Sake event last Tuesday at the Meadows Golf Course in Moorhead. The annual fundraising event benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters of The Village Family Service Center. Although the weather kept golfors in their rain gear, the event was successful in raising over $7,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest, and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United Sates. On a national level, Coldwell Banker Commercial has chosen Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as a national charitable partner. This relationship is a perfect fit as both organizations work to provide mentorship and guidance while striving to reach new heights. In Fargo-Moorhead, BBBS has seen significant growth during the last decade, serving over 280 kids last year.

Along with the golf tournament, this year's Golf For Kids' Sake event included a silent auction, a banquet and door prizes. We'd like to thank all sponsors, donors and participants for their generous contributions and involvement in the event!
