Coldwell Banker Commercial First Realty is one of Fargo-Moorhead’s respected leaders in commercial real estate. The present day company evolved from First Realty, Inc. founded in 1966, and Encore Real Estate, founded in 1981.  In 1993, the two well-established real estate companies merged and formed Coldwell Banker First Realty-Encore, known today as Coldwell Banker First Realty. It remains the largest real estate firm in North Dakota, South Dakota, and northern Minnesota. 
 
Our commercial division boasts eight seasoned professionals with over 125 years of combined experience. They are actively involved in many real estate and community organizations in Fargo-Moorhead and on a national level. These activities allow Coldwell Banker Commercial First Realty to have a pulse on the market and future trends.
